The authors construct local Lagrange interpolation methods for the space of \(C^1\)-cubic splines which are defined on triangulation of given planar domain. The triangulation of the domain is derived from previously given strictly convex quadrangulation by inserting one or two diagonals. As part of the method is used coloring of the quadrangulation by suitable fast algorithm.
