The paper studies the superconvergence of the Crouzeix-Raviart finite element method for solving the Possion problem and the Morley finite element method for solving the biharmonic equation. The analysis is based on the equivalence of the Crouzeix-Raviart element with the Raviart-Thomas element for the Possion problem and the equivalence of the Morley element with the Hellan-Herrmann-Johnson element for the biharmonic equation. Some numerical examples are reported.
