      The paper investigates the synchronization of the following network NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\dot{x}_{i}(t)=-Cx_{i}(t)+Af(x_{i}(t))+Bf(x_{i}(t-\tau(t)))+\sum_{j=1}^{N}G_{ij}\left[d_{j}x_{j}(t)+h_{j}x_{j}(t-\tau(t))\right]+u_{i}(t),NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where the control term is NEWLINE\[NEWLINEu_{i}(t)=-d(t)(x_{i}(t)-s(t))-\sum_{j=1}^{N}G_{ij}\left[d_{j}x_{j}(t)+h_{j}x_{j}(t-\tau(t))\right],NEWLINE\]NEWLINE \(i=1,\dots,N\). Here, \(x_{i},s\in\mathbb{R}^{n}\), \(C\), \(A\), \(B\) are \(n\times n\) matrices, \(G\) is an \(N\times N\) coupling matrix, \(0\leq \tau(t)\leq\tau_{m}\) is the time delay, \(s(t)\) is the solution of the uncoupled system with \(G=0\) and \(u=0\). Using a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, necessary conditions are presented for the asymptotic synchronization \(\left|x_{i}(t)-s(t)\right|\to 0\) as \(t\to\infty\). Also, two examples are given, where the obtained conditions can be verified.
