Commenting on the `short book' [\textit{L. Liberti}, Top 28, No. 2, 271--339 (2020; Zbl 07215401)], as an `original viewpoint on Distance Geometry (\dots) with an impressive and coherent cocktail of techniques from different domains of (Applied) Mathematics, three suggestions for extensions are made. First consideration of other norms (than the Euclidean) or their asymmetric generalizations, secondly embedding the graph vertices as sets of given shape (balls or rectangles) instead of points, and finally embedding dynamic graphs by curves or moving graphs.
