Potentials of additive functionals in unstable semidynamical systems (Q5971237)

The authors define the notion of an unstable semidynamical systems on a locally compact space with countable base. It is proved that this notion coincides with the transience of the system and also with the fact that the potential kernel is proper. Moreover, given an additive functional, necessary and sufficient conditions on the semidynamical system, that guarantee the continuity of the associated potential are given.
