    In the investigation of homoclinic bifurcations of dissipative dynamical systems the conservative (area-preserving) case is known to be more complicated. The authors study generic unfoldings of homoclinic tangencies of 2D area-preserving diffeomorphism, conservative Newhouse phenomena, with the goal to show that such phenomena arise in invariant hyperbolic sets of arbitrary large Hausdorff dimension. Two applications are discussed: {\parindent=6mm \begin{itemize}\item[{\(1^\circ\)}] it is proved that the stochastic layer (the set of orbits with nonzero Lyapounov exponents) of the Taylor-Chirikov standart map has full Hausdorff dimension for large generic values of the parameter. \item[{\(2^\circ\)}] invariant hyperbolic sets of Hausdorff dimension arbitrary close to 2 are constructed in the Sitnikov problem and in the restricted planar circular three-body problem for many parameter value. \end{itemize}}
