1. In this article is lacked a clear description: 1.1 Statement of the problem and its mathematical model 1.2 Free surface equations for moving bottom and stationary bottom 2. The problem is considered only for the Euler equation when there is no swirl. The solution for this case is obtained formally. There is no theorem on uniqueness of constructed solution. There is no answer to question when flow will have swirling character. 3. Constructed velocity vector coordinates, scalar pressure function and corresponding free surface distribution function will not satisfy Navier Stokes equation in general case. Nonlinearity will arise here and requires further investigation.
