    The authors consider the problem \[ \begin{cases} \frac{\partial u}{\partial t} = A \triangle u - f(u) + B(x)v(t)+D(x)d_1(t), \quad x\in\Omega, \quad t>0, \\ \left. u \right|_{\partial\Omega} = 0, \end{cases} \tag{1} \] \[ \frac{\partial v}{\partial t} = -F(v) + \int\limits_{\Omega} G(x)u(x, t)\, dx +d_2(t), \tag{2} \] where \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^m\) is a bounded domain, \(A\) is an \((N\times N)\) matrix, \(u=u(x, t)=(u^1,\dots,u^N)\) and \(v=v(t)=(v^1,\dots,v^M)\) are unknown functions, \(B, D, G \in L^2(\Omega)\) are given matrices, and \(d_1\in L^{\infty}(0,+\infty; \mathbb{R}^N)\), \(d_2\in L^{\infty}(0,+\infty; \mathbb{R}^M)\) are perturbing input signals. Conditions are known in the literature, when, for any perturbations \(d=\{d_1, d_2\}\) and any initial data \(z_0=\{ u_0, v_0\}\) with \(u_0\) defined in the phase space \(X\) and with \(v_0\) absolutely continuous on the segment \([0, T]\) of arbitrary length \(T >0\), problem (1), (2) has the unique solution \(z=\{u, v\}\). In the article, extending the segment \([0, T]\) to \([0, +\infty)\), it is proved under these conditions that for \(d=0\) problem (1), (2) has a global attractor in the phase space \(X\), which is stable under perturbations \(d\) in the sense of input-to-state stability.
