Analytic general solutions of nonlinear second-order \(q\)-difference equations with a double characteristic value (Q6039934)

The author studies some nonlinear second-order \(q\)-difference equations. By means of Schauder's fixed point theorem in a locally convex topological space, the existence of analytic general solutions of the considered equations is proven. Finally, an example is given to show the validity of the main results.
