In this paper, the authors consider the initial-boundary value problem to the 3D non-isentropic compressible Navier-Stokes-Poisson equations with the velocity satisfying slip boundary condition. For small initial energy, it is shown that the strong solutions exist globally in time. The authors overcome the difficulties caused by the boundedness of the domain by establishing time-uniform higher-order norms of the absolute temperature. In particular, they obtain the exponential decay rate of the \(L^2\)-norm of solutions when the absolute temperature satisfies the Dirichlet boundary condition.
