In this work, the surface \(O_{2n}\) is obtained from a regular \(2n\)-gon in the Euclidean plane with opposite edges identified by translations; the resulting closed surface has one or two cone points depending on the parity of \(n\). The fine statistical properties of the holonomy vectors measuring how far saddle connections (straight lines that connect cone points) on \(O_{2n}\) are studied. In particular, the distribution of the limiting slope gap are calculated explicitly, and shown not to be unimodal. Linear upper and lower bounds are found for the growth in the number of non-differentiability points. These results answer questions raised by \textit{J. S. Athreya} [Lond. Math. Soc. Lect. Note Ser. 425, 1--31 (2016; Zbl 1364.37006)] and by \textit{L. Kumanduri} et al. [``Slope gap distributions of Veech surfaces, Preprint, \url{arXiv:2102.10069}].
