In this article, the authors are interested by the following subcritical fractional Schrödinger-type equation which involves in several physical problems \[ (gNLS) \qquad \left\{ \begin{array}{rcl} i\partial_t u +((-\Delta_x)^ \sigma + (- \partial^2_y)^ {\sigma} )u& = & \mu |u|^pu, \quad (x,y) \in \mathbb{R}_x^d \times \mathbb{T}_y\\ { u}{}_{|t=0} &= & u_0\in H^{\sigma} (\mathbb{R}_x^d \times \mathbb{T}_y), \end{array} \right. \] where \( \mu= \pm 1\), \(\frac {4 \sigma} d <p< \frac {4 \sigma} {d+1-2\sigma}\) and \(1/2< \sigma <1\). More precisely, under radial assumption on the space variable \(x \in \mathbb{R}^d\), they proved that the above Cauchy problem is locally well-posed. Then in the defocusing case (\( \mu= - 1\)), they established global well-posedness and scattering. To achieve the proof of the well-posedness results, the authors start by deriving mixed Strichartz estimates thanks to a clever use of the classical Strichartz estimates and the spectral analysis of \((-\Delta_y)\). Then they apply standard methods based on the fixed point theorem. To show that the solutions scatter in the defocusing case, the key point consists to establish Morawetz estimates for the solutions of \((gNLS)\).
