It is well-known that the Abreu-Guillemin theory provides useful tools for dealing with toric Kähler manifolds. The aim of the paper under review is to extend the Abreu-Guillemin theory to the generalized Kähler setting, extending the author's previous work [``Toric generalized Kähler structures. I'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1810.08265}] which dealt with the anti-diagonal case. Let \((M, \Omega )\) be an \(n\)-dimensional compact symplectic manifold with an effective Hamiltonian action of an \(n\)-dimensional torus \(\mathbb{T}\), with the moment map \(\mu\) and the moment polytope \(\Delta \subset ( \mathbb{R}^n )^*\). The main theorem of this paper states that \(\mathbb{T}\)-invariant generalized Kähler structures on \(M\) correspond one-to-one to triples \((\tau, C , F)\), where \(\tau\) is a strictly convex function on the interior of \(\Delta\) satisfying some extra conditions involving matrices \(C\) and \(F\) defined in the paper, and also a generalization of Guillemin's boundary condition (\(\tau\) is determined up to an addition of a linear function). The author also discusses the example \(\mathbb{C} P^1 \times \mathbb{C} P^1\).
