In the present work, the authors proved that some classes of stable nonlinear systems do not admit any smooth Lyapunov functions. Firstly, the authors present autonomous dynamical systems and prove that, despite stability, there are no convex Lyapunov functions to establish the stability properties. Then, the authors introduce stable non-autonomous systems and prove that they do not admit any smooth Lyapunov functions. The authors have done an interesting work.
