The paper gives a good and detailed fractal geometric discussion of a very interesting class of examples of Julia sets \(J(F)\) of certain quasi-regular self-maps \(F: {\mathbb R}^3 \to {\mathbb R}^3\setminus\{0\}\), introduced by V. A. Zorich. For these maps the author shows that \(J(F)\) consists of an uncountable union of pairwise disjoint simple curves which tend to infinity. It is then shown that the Hausdorff dimension of \(J(F)\) is equal to \(3\), whereas the set of these curves in \(J(F)\) without their endpoints has Hausdorff dimension equal to \(1\). Furthermore, it is shown that all points of \(J(F)\) are accessible from \({\mathbb R}^3\setminus J(F)\). The paper ends with giving explicit examples of these Zorich maps.
