An Enriques-Fano (EF) \(3\)-fold is a normal \(3\)-fold \(W\) with an ample linear system \(|S|\) of Cartier divisors, such that the general element in the system is an Enriques surface, and \(W\) is not a (generalized) cone over \(S\). All Enriques-Fano \(3\)-folds are known to be singular with isolated canonical singularities, and \(|S|\) defines a rational map (embedding when very ample) of \(W\) to a projective space \({\mathbb P}^p\). There are some examples of EF \(3\)-folds coming (essentially) from Fano (\(p=3, 4,6,7,9,13\)), the set of EF \(3\)-folds with terminal cyclic quotients by Bayle and Sano (\(2 \leq p \leq 10\) and \(p=13\)), and examples with non-terminal canonical singularities by Prokhorov (\(p=13, 17\)) and Knutsen-Lopez-Muñoz (\(p=9\)). References can be found in the Introduction of the paper under review. The main goal of this paper is to provide useful information on these EF \(3\)-folds by means of a computational (Macaulay2 aided) study of them. Several results on the different groups of known EF \(3\)-folds are provided (see Thms. 1.2--1.6): configuration of their singular points, generation of their ideals, description of the singularities, and study of their projective normality. Macaulay2 codes, which essentially use Cremona package, are provided.
