    Let \(\mathcal{H}\) be a separable Hilbert spaces and \(\mathcal{B}\left( \mathcal{H}\right) \) be the set of all bounded linear operators from \( \mathcal{H}\) into \(\mathcal{H}\). A familly \(\mathcal{A}=\left( A_{k}\right) _{k\in J}\subset \mathcal{B}\left( \mathcal{H}\right) \) where \(J\) is finite or countable is called a row contraction if \(\sum\limits_{k\in J}A_{k}A_{k}^{\ast }\leq I\) and let \(\Phi _{\mathcal{A}}:\mathcal{B}\left( \mathcal{H}\right) \rightarrow \mathcal{B}\left( \mathcal{H}\right) \) be the mapping defined by \(\Phi _{\mathcal{A}}\left( X\right) =\sum\limits_{k\in J}A_{k}XA_{k}^{\ast }\). In the paper the author consider the fixed points of \(\Phi _{\mathcal{A}}\). In the proofs some results from the paper of \textit{G. Popescu} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 561, 87--129 (2003; Zbl 1043.47013)], are used.
