In this paper, the authors study the asymptotic stability of a dynamical system with variable delays via generalized Halanay inequalities with multiple delays. They apply the fixed point method based on Banach's Contraction Principle. As an application, the stability of the solution for a Grossberg-Hopfield neural network with multiple time-varying delays is analysed.
