The authors provide two results on the convergence of the fractional relativistic Schrödinger operator. On the first one, they consider \(s\in (0,1)\) and \(m>0\) and state that for \(u\in C^{\infty}_0(\mathbb R^n)\), the operator \((-\Delta+m^2)^s u(x)\) converges to \((-\Delta+m^2)u(x)\) as \(s\) is tends to one (Theorem 1.1). Concerning the second one, they consider \(f\in C^{1,\gamma}(\mathbb R^n)\) where \(\gamma>\max(0,1-2s)\) and state that if \(s_n\in (\frac{1}{2},1)\) is a sequence such that \(s_n\to 1^-\) as \(n\to\infty\) and \(u_{s_n}\) is a sequence of solutions of \((-\Delta+m^2)^{s_n} w=f(w)\) in \(\mathbb R^n\). Then there exists \(u_1\in H^1(\mathbb R^n)\) such that \(u_{s_n}\to u_1\) uniformly in \(C^2(K)\) for any compact subset \(K\subset \mathbb R^n.\) Furthermore, \(u_1\) solves \((-\Delta+m^2)u_1=f(u_1)\) in \(\mathbb R^n\) (Theorem 1.2).
