From the text: The author considers the class of special quasi-elliptic operators in the entire space \(\mathbb{R}^n\). This class belongs to that of operators introduced by \textit{L.\,R.\thinspace Volevich} [Mat.\ Sb., N.\ Ser.\ 59(101), Supplement, 3--52 (1962; Zbl 0161.07801)]. The main results are isomorphism theorems for the considered class of operators on special scales of weighted Sobolev spaces.
