The aim of the paper is to obtain a multilinear version of the so called \((p,q)\)-regular operators and define the natural tensor norm that corresponds to the trace duality representation for these multilinear operators. In the preliminary section the author introduces several useful notions defined by means of inequalities in Banach lattices like \((p,q)\)-convexity, \((p,q)\)-concavity, \(p\)-lattice summing operator and Cohen strongly \(p\)-summing multilinear operator. An \(m\)-linear operator \(T\) between Banach lattices is called \((p;p_1,\dots,p_m)\)-regular for \(1\le p,p_1,\dots,p_m<\infty\), if there is a constant \(C>0\) such that \[ \Bigl\| \Bigl( \sum_{i=1}^n |T(x_i^1,\dots,x_i^n)|^p \Bigr)^{1/p} \Bigr\| \le C\prod_{k=1}^m \Bigl\| \Bigl( \sum_{i=1}^n |x_i^k|^{p_k} \Bigr)^{1/p_k} \Bigr\| \] for every choice of elements \(x_1^j,\dots,x_n^j\in X_j\), which is the natural multilinear version of \((p,q)\)-regular operator, and the extreme cases are also defined in the natural way. Then, the infimum among all constants \(C\) satisfying this inequality defines a complete norm, which is proved in detail, and it is appreciated since many authors pass over these details. After that, from this definition it is deduced that every multilinear operator is \((2;2,\dots,2)\)-regular and, under some convexity and concavity conditions for the Banach lattices involved, the author obtains coincidence between multilinear continuous operators and multilinear regular operators. Then, an interesting result is given that relates lattice \(p\)-summing operators with Cohen strongly \(p\)-summing multilinear operators by means of composition. That is, roughly speaking, the multilinear operator \(R\circ T\circ (S_1,\dots,S_m)\) is Cohen strongly \(p\)-summing, provided the \(S_j\)'s are lattice \(p_j\)-summing, \(R\) has lattice \(p'\)-summing adjoint operator and \(T\) is \((p;p_1,\dots,p_m)\)-regular. Finally, the author defines the wanted tensor crossnorm that satisfies the aim of the paper, namely the Banach space of multilinear \((p;p_1,\dots,p_n)\)-regular operators is isomorphically isometric to the dual of the tensor product of the Banach lattices involved, endowed with such a tensor crossnorm.
