In this paper, the authors prove the following result: Let \(C\) be a bounded closed and convex subset of a separable Banach space \(X\) and \(x_0\in C\). Then there exists a subset \(\mathcal{A}(x_0)\) of convex and compact-valued nonexpansive mappings with meagre complement such that for every \(F\in\mathcal{A}(x_0)\) the iterative sequence \(\{x_{n+1}:=P_{F(x_n)}x_n\}_{n=0}^\infty\) is uniquely determined and converges to a fixed point of \(F\). Here, for a compact set \(M\) and \(x\in X\), the point \(P_Mx:=z\in M\) is the unique solution of the minimization problem: \(\|x-z\|=\inf_{m\in M}\|x-m\|\).
