The authors study the family of Riemannian manifolds \(M_k = (\mathbb{E}^2, g_k)\), with the warped metric \(g_k=dr^2+k^2r^2d\phi^2\), for \(k\in \mathbb{R}^+\), viewed as Riemannian covering manifolds for the Euclidean plane (when \(k\geq 1\) is an integer). They use some geometric aspects of these Riemannian manifolds, regarding their Killing vectors and Killing tensors, to study (super)integrability aspects and separation of variables for some systems like the Tremblay-Turbiner-Winternitz system and the Kepler-Coulomb system.
