The authors associate a Lie algebra to an isolated complete intersection singularity \(X\), given by \(f: \mathbb C^n \to \mathbb C^p\). Let the moduli algebra \(M(X)\) be the Artinian algebra defined by the ideal generated by the components of \(f\) and the maximal minors of the Jacobi matrix. The Lie algebra considered is the module of derivations of \(M(X)\). The authors explicitly compute this algebra and its generalised Cartan matrix for the simple space curve singularities. They show that these invariants distinguish between them.
