In a previous paper, the first author studied a notion of regularity for functions defined on the \(\mathbb{R}^3_+\) half-space of paravectors contained in the space of quaternions viewed as a Clifford algebra \(\mathbb{R}_2\). The new notion of regularity, obtained by an appropriate modification of the usual Dirac operator, makes it possible to include among the regular functions powers of the quaternion variable. In this paper, the authors study how the theory is translated by passing, via a Cayley transformation, into the unit ball. The technique used to analyze this translation comes mainly from differential geometry (differential and Hodge's \(*\) are used). Once the basis to work on is defined, the authors find the system of differential equations on the unit ball `equivalent' to that defined on \(\mathbb{R}^3_+\). In the second part of the article, there is an in-depth study of the connections between regular functions on \(\mathbb{R}^3_+\) and the unit ball. Then there is an in-depth study of the action of Moebius transformations on the regular functions defined on the ball. Finally, the paper concludes with a section of explicit examples and an appendix containing general information about Moebius functions.
