The following assertion is the main result of this paper: Theorem. Assume that \(\alpha \in (0,1)\), the coefficients of the series \[ \sum_{n=1}^{\infty }a_{n}\sin nx \] are of the class \[ M_{\alpha }=\left\{ \left( a_{n}\right) :\lim_{n\rightarrow \infty }a_{n}=0, \text{ }\sum_{k=0}^{\infty }\left( \begin{array}{c} k \\ -\alpha -1 \end{array} \right) a_{n+k}\geq 0\right\} \] and \(na_{n}\rightarrow 0\) as \(n\rightarrow \infty \). Then this series converges uniformly. Moreover, the well-known Kolmogorov theorem on the integrability of the sum of a cosine series with convex coefficients tending to zero is generalized to coefficients from the class \(M_{\alpha }\) with \(\alpha >1\).
