    The authors introduce and study adaptations to right seminear-rings \(S\) of several ring-theoretic concepts such as \textit{\(\pi\)-regularity} [\textit{N. H. McCoy}, Bull. Am. Math. Soc. 45, 175--178 (1939; Zbl 0020.20001)], \textit{strong \(\pi\)-regularity} [\textit{G. Azumaya}, J. Fac. Sci., Hokkaido Univ., Ser. I 12, 34--39 (1954; Zbl 0058.02503)], \textit{(strong) nil cleanness} [\textit{A. J. Diesl}, J. Algebra 383, 197--211 (2013; Zbl 1296.16016)], \textit{regular nil cleanness} and an \textit{Utumi condition} [\textit{P. V. Danchev}, Turk. J. Math. 43, No. 2, 702--711 (2019; Zbl 1481.16048)]. For most of the paper, it is assumed that every idempotent \(e \in S\) satisfies the semicentrality condition \(ea = eae\) for all \(a \in S\). Due to the fact that \(S\) may not contain a zero element, the \textit{constant part\/} of \(S\), defined as \(\{ s \in S \mid s 0 = s \}\) in the case of a right near-ring, is replaced by sets \(S_c^e := \{ a \in S \mid ae = a \}\) for idempotents \(e\). Elements of these sets are used in place of nilpotent elements. For example, an element \(a \in S\) is \textit{(strongly) constant clean} if \(a = e + p\) for some idempotent \(e\) and some \(p \in S_c^e\) (and \(pe = ep\)), and \textit{weakly constant clean} if \(a+e+p \in eSa\) for some idempotent \(e\) and some \(p \in S_c^e\), while \(a\) is \textit{(strongly) regular constant clean} if there is an idempotent \(e \in Sa\) such that \(a \in S_c^e\) (and \(ae = ea\)). These attributes are applied to \(S\) itself in case every element of \(S\) has them. \par Following are some sample results of the paper. Proposition 3: Every regular constant clean seminear-ring is left strongly regular. Theorem 1: Every \(\pi\)-regular seminear-ring is regular constant clean. Theorem 2: \(S\) is strongly \(\pi\)-regular if and only if it is strongly regular constant clean. Proposition 9: Every distributive strongly regular constant clean seminear-ring is weakly constant clean. Proposition 11: Every distributive strongly \(\pi\)-regular seminear-ring is weakly constant clean.
