The authors introduce the notion of \(m\)-minimality for a partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism, meaning that the strong stable (or strong unstable) foliation is minimal for a full \(m\)-measure set of points. They show that this condition, as minimality, implies topological mixing of the diffeomorphism and weak ergodicity (almost every point has dense orbit). They also present some results showing that the condition has some abundance.
