This paper studies twisted Mazur pattern satellite knots, say \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\), and obtains results on knot Floer homological thickness, the 3-genus and fiberedness on \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\). Let \(\mathcal{Q}\) be the Mazur pattern in the solid torus which was introduced in [\textit{B. Mazur}, Ann. Math. (2) 73, 221--228 (1961; Zbl 0127.13604)]. For an integer \(n\) and a knot \(K\), \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\) denotes the \(n\)-twisted Mazur pattern satellite knot. The authors study topological properties of twisted Mazur pattern satellite knots by using bordered Floer homology. The first main result of this paper is to show that \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\) is not knot Floer homologically thin, i.e., \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\) is \(\delta\)-thick for all knots \(K\) and integers \(n\) except for \(Q_0(U)\) and \(Q_{-1}(U)\) for the unknot \(U\). Here, the exceptional two knots are the unknot and the \(5_2\) knot, respectively, and both are known to be knot Floer homologically thin. The authors also study the \(\delta\)-thickness \(\mathrm{th}(\mathcal{Q}_n(K))\) and prove that \(\lim_{n \to \pm \infty} \mathrm{th}(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)) = \infty\) for any knot \(K\). On the other hand, it is also shown that there are nontrivial patterns \(\mathcal{P}\) and nontrivial knots \(K\) such that \(\mathrm{th}(\mathcal{P}_n(K))\) is bounded as \(n \to \infty\). They also give an explicit formula on the \(3\)-genus of \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\) and determine when \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\) is fibered. As an application, they verify the Cosmetic Surgery Conjecture for satellite knots \(\mathcal{Q}_n(K)\) when \(K\) is an \(L\)-space knot or a \(\delta\)-thin knot with additional conditions with respect to the Alexander polynomial.
