The two main results in the paper provide sufficient conditions for complete convergence (a notion slightly stronger than almost sure convergence) and complete \(f\)-moment convergence for an array of random variables sharing a specific dependence structure, called row-wise \textit{extended negatively dependent} (END) arrays. Complete and accessible proofs are supplied. What I really enjoyed about the paper is that the authors were generous in providing many examples and a few non/counterexamples. The authors do talk about applications; however, in my view, it is far from trivial how straightforward it would be to apply the two theorems to problems in statistics and other areas of probability theory.
