This paper concerns the fiber Hamiltonian \(H_{\gamma \lambda \mu}(K)\), where \(K\) is a fixed momentum. The fiber Hamiltonian \(H(K)\) models a system of two identical bosons on the one-dimensional lattice \(\mathbb{Z}\). The constants \(\gamma\), \(\lambda\), and \(\mu\) determine interactions between the particles on one site and the nearest two neighboring sites of the lattice. By investigating the zeros of the corresponding Fredholm determinant \(\Delta_{\gamma \lambda \mu}(0,z)\), the number of eigenvalues and their locations of the special case \(H_{\gamma \lambda \mu}(0)\) are found with respect to the coupling constants \(\gamma, \lambda\), and \(\mu\). This result is applied to study the eigenvalues of the general case \(H(K)\). Particularly, lower bounds for the number of isolated eigenvalues lying both below and above the essential spectrum are established in terms of \(K\).
