A \(c_1\)-spherical stably complex structure on a manifold \(M\) is given by the reduction of the classifying map of the bundle \(\det TM\to BU(1)\) into \(S^2=U(1)\). The theory of \(c_1\)-spherical bordisms \(W^*\) was introduced in [\textit{R. E. Stong}, Notes on cobordism theory. Princeton, NJ: Princeton University Press (1968; Zbl 0181.26604)]. The coefficient ring \(\Omega_*^W=W^*(pt)\) was studied in [\textit{P. E. Conner} and \textit{E. E. Floyd}, Torsion in SU-bordism (Italian). Providence, Rhode Island: American Mathematical Society (AMS) (1966; Zbl 0138.18504)] as the kernel of a certain projector \(\Delta\) in complex bordism. \textit{V. M. Bukhshtaber} [Usp. Mat. Nauk 27, No. 6(168), 231--232 (1972; Zbl 0249.57021)] introduced the complex orientations of the \(W^*\) theory and the corresponding formal group laws. All \(SU\)-bilinear multiplications in \(W^*\), as a module over \(SU\)-bordism theory, are described in the article in press [\textit{T. E. Panov} and \textit{G. S. Chernykh}, ``SU-linear operations in complex cobordisms and the theory of \(c_1\)-spherical bordisms'', Izv. Ross. acad. sciences ser. Mat. 87 (4) (2023)]. In the present article, the author first describes the structure of the coefficient ring \(W^*(pt)\) for arbitrary \(SU\)-bilinear multiplication (Theorem 2). Then the author proves the Landweber exactness of the formal group law in \(W^*\) for an arbitrary \(SU\)-bilinear multiplication (Theorem 3). Finally, the author proves that for the set \(\mathcal{P}\) of Fermat primes greater than 3, there exists a complex orientation for which the coefficients of the formal the group law generate the ring \(W^*(\mathcal{P}^{-1})\) (Theorem 4). The last result, as noted in the article, was stated in the article above by the author and T. E. Panov.
