Let \(X\) be a nonempty topological space. Some nice properties of the ring of functions which are discontinuous on a finite set, which is denoted by \(C(X)_F\), are studied. Some relations between the rings \(C(X)_F\) and the ring of Baire one functions on \(X\) are investigated. It is shown that \(C(X)_F\) is closed under uniform limits if and only if the set of all non-isolated points of \(X\) is finite. Some interesting results on the zero divisor graph of the ring \(C(X)_F\) are studied for the first time.
