Prealternative algebras and prealternative bialgebras (Q611872)

The authors study bimodules of alternative algebras and introduce various methods to construct prealternative algebras. They prove some new results of alternative \(D\)-bialgebras of \textit{M. E. Goncharov} [Sib. Mat. Zh. 48, No. 5, 1008--1024 (2007); translation in Sib. Math. J. 48, No. 5, 809--823 (2007; Zbl 1164.17022)], introduce the notion of phase space of alternative algebras, and show that prealternative algebras are the natural underlying structures. The bimodules and matched pairs of prealternative bialgebras are also defined. In studying coboundary bialgebra theory, they obtain PA equations and discuss the properties of the PA equations, compare alternative \(D\)-bialgebras and prealternative algebras. Finally, they prove the main results in [Goncharov (loc. cit.)] by a different approach and point out a Drinfeld double construction for an alternative \(D\)-bimodule.
