The paper is devoted to computation of presentations of the quantum K-theory ring of partial flag manifolds, based on the three-dimensional gauged linear sigma models to make physical predictions for Whitney-type presentations of equivariant quantum K-theory relations. Denote by \(\lambda_y(S_i)\) the classes of the universal subbundles \(\mathcal S_i\) on the Grassmannian \(G(k,n)\). The main result of the paper is the quantum K-theory product relation (4.42) \[ \lambda_y(\mathcal S_i) \star \lambda_y(\mathcal S_{i+1}/\mathcal S_i) = \lambda(\mathcal S_{i+1}) - y^{k_{i+1} - k_i} \frac{q_i}{1-q_i}\det(\mathcal S_{i+1}/\mathcal S_i) \star (\lambda_y(\mathcal S_i) - \lambda_y(\mathcal S_{i-1}). \] To simplify these expressions, one can consider the bundles \[ \tilde{\mathcal R}_i := \begin{cases} \wedge^\ell(\mathcal S_{i+1} /\mathcal S_i) & \mbox{ if } \ell < k_{i+1} - k_i \\ (1 - q_i)^{-1}\det(\mathcal S_{i+1} /\mathcal S_i) & \mbox{ if } \ell = k_{i+1} - k_i \end{cases}, \] such that the main relation can be rewritten in the form (4.39) \[ \lambda_y(\mathcal S_i) \star \lambda_y(\tilde{\mathcal R}_i) = \lambda_y(\mathcal S_{i+1}) - q_iy^{k_{i+1} - k_i}(\det \tilde{\mathcal R}_i) \star \lambda_y(\mathcal S_{i-1}). \] Physically, these arise as OPEs of Wilson lines for certain Chern-Simons levels.
