The main motivation of this paper is the three ``uniformaization type'' conjectures proposed by Yau on the complete non-compact Kähler manifolds admitting non-negative holomorphic bisectional curvatures. These conjectures are studied extensively among the literature and some of them are completely solved. By definition, a Sasakian manifold is a strictly pseudo-convex CR manifold of an odd dimension \(2n+1\) where its pseudo-hermitian torsion vanishes identically. Indeed, Sasakian manifolds play the role of odd-dimensional counterpart in Kähler geometry. It is well known that every simply connected closed \((2n+1)\)-dimensional Sasakian manifold with positive pseudo-hermitian bisectional curvature is CR equivalent to the standard sphere \(S^{2n+1}\). This fact, naturally motivates one to consider a CR analogues of Yau's uniformization conjectures in the case of complete non-compact Sasakian manifolds with positive pseudo-hermitian bisectional curvature. Among the two papers [the first author et al., Calc. Var. Partial Differ. Equ. 58, No. 3, Paper No. 101, 23 p. (2019; Zbl 1418.32022); Int. Math. Res. Not. 2021, No. 17, 12888--12924 (2021; Zbl 1490.53063)], three of the authors provided an affirmative answer to the first CR analogous of Yau's conjecture. Then, in the present paper the main objective is to prepare some crucial requirements toward proving the following second and third CR analogous of Yau's conjectures: \textbf{Second CR analogous Conjecture.} If \(M\) is a complete non-compact Sasakian manifold of non-negative pseudo-hermitian bisectional curvature, then the ring \(\mathcal O^{\mathrm{CR}}_p(M)\) of all CR functions of polynomial growth is finitely generated. \textbf{Third CR analogous Conjecture.} Every complete non-compact \((2n+1)\)-dimensional Sasakian manifold of positive pseudo-hermitian bisectional curvature is CR equivalent to the standard Heisenberg group \(\mathbb C^n\times\mathbb R\). In view of \textit{G. Liu}'s approach in [Camb. J. Math. 7, No. 1--2, 33--70 (2019; Zbl 1479.53075)] toward studying the original Yau's conjectures, it is of much importance to know under which circumstances we have the inequality \(\mathcal O^{\mathrm{CR}}_p(M)\neq\mathbb C\). The main goal of the paper, under review, is to investigate this crucial requirement. As the main result, the authors show that the desired inequality is satisfied by complete non-compact Sasakian manifolds of non-negative pseudo-hermitian bisectional curvature with a certain CR maximal volume growth property. This result is a crucial step toward studying the above CR analogous versions of Yau's conjectures.
