The article is devoted to some issues of the theory of discrete webs, a theory used for the construction of gridshells in architecture. Namely, the article considers discrete 4-webs (AGAG-webs), which are discrete analogs to smooth parallelizable 4-webs formed on a surface of three-dimensional space by an asymptotic net and a geodesic net. The necessary information about isotropic geometry is provided. All discrete AGAG-webs in isotropic space are described. It is shown that some AGAG-webs correspond to time-like minimal surfaces in Minkowski space and can be embedded in a one-parameter family of discrete isotropic Voss nets. The tasks for further research are formulated. A comment by the reviewer: To build stable architectural gridshells, it makes sense to use discrete analogs of only such smooth webs that are equivalent to parallel webs, they are called parallelizable, or regular, or hexagonal. The well-known theorems of Graf-Sauer, Stefanidis and others, referred to by the authors of the article, relate specifically to the regularity conditions of webs. Therefore, some formulations of the theorems given in the article are incorrect. For example, instead of ``straight-lined 3-webs in the plane consist of all tangents of an algebraic curve of class 3'', it would be correct to say ''hexagonal straight-lined 3-webs \dots of class 3'' ; instead of ``\textit{N. K. Stephanidis} [Monatsh. Math. 70, 261--269 (1966; Zbl 0142.19001)] gives an integral condition for a negatively curved surface such that the families of curvature lines and asymptotic lines form a 4-web'' one should say ``\textit{N. K. Stephanidis} [Monatsh. Math. 70, 261--269 (1966; Zbl 0142.19001)] gives \dots form a hexagonal 4-web'', etc. (For more details, see for example [\textit{A. Shelekhov}, ``Differential-topological theory of webs and its applications'', Rev. Math. Math. Phys. 16, Part 4, 48 p. (2022)])
