The paper under review classifies some triharmonic hypersurfaces in pseudo-Riemannian space forms by showing that a CMC triharmonic hypersurface with diagonalizable shape operator in a pseudo-Riemannian space form with \(c\epsilon <0\) is minimal. The same result was obtained in [\textit{V. Branding} et al., Ann. Mat. Pura Appl. (4) 202, No. 2, 877--899 (2023; Zbl 1509.58005)] under the hypothesis that the square norm of the second fundamental form is a positive constant. The paper under review also proves that a CMC triharmonic hypersurface in the pseudo-Euclidean space is minimal if the multiplicity of zero principal curvature is at most one.
