The problem of characterizing the group homeomorphism on a topological space preserving a binary operation is the main essence of this paper. Here, the author has focused that any non-associative algebra is laundered by multipliers to yield a unital associative algebra. Actually, a similar thing happens with binary operation $*$ on topological space. The author has proved here that if $*$ is any continuous cancellative semi-group operations on the positive real number with ordinary topology then the homeomorphism group as formed is isomorphic to either one of the three well-known groups. In fact, the structure of the homeomorphism group defined by some continuous non-cancellative semi-group operations on the positive real numbers is widely focused here. The methodologies employed in the paper are very much strong enough to be used in the future course of work. The updated reference list is an added beauty to this article.
