      Let \(G\) be a finite group and let \(\operatorname{cod}(G)=\{ \operatorname{cod}(\chi) \mid \chi \in \operatorname{Irr}(\chi) \}\) be the set of the codegrees of the irreducible characters of \(G\) where \(\operatorname{cod}(\chi)\) is the integer defined by \(\operatorname{cod}(\chi)=|G: \ker \chi | \cdot \chi(1)^{-1}\). If \(d \in \operatorname{cod}(G)\), then the multiplicity \(m'_{d}(G)\) of \(d\) (in \(G\)) is the number of irreducible characters of \(G\) having codegree \(d\). A finite group \(G\) is called a \(T'_{k}\)-group for some integer \(k \geq 1\), if there exists \(d_{0} \in \mathrm{cod}(G)\) such that \(m'_{G}(d_{0})=k\) and for every \(d \in \operatorname{cod}(G) \setminus \{d_{0} \}\), \(m_{G}'(d)=1\). In the paper under review, the authors characterize finite \(T_{k}'\)-groups completely.
