The problem of differentiation of Abelian functions on Jacobians of algebraic curves with respect to parameters of a family of curves has been solved by Frobenius and Stickelberger in the case of Weierstrass elliptic functions. In the present paper the authors obtain an explicit solution in the case of \((2,2g+1)\)-curves, i.~e., for hyperelliptic curves of any genus \(g\), defined in \(\mathbb{C}^2\) by equations of the form \(y^2=x^{2g+1}+\lambda _4x^{2g-1}+\lambda _6x^{2g-2}+\cdots +\lambda _{4g}x+\lambda _{4g+2}\), where \((\lambda _4,\ldots ,\lambda _{4g+2})\in \mathbb{C}^{2g}\) are parameters of the curve.
