In this paper, the authors study the multidimensional stability of planar traveling waves for a class of Lotka-Volterra competition systems with time delay and nonlocal reaction term in n-dimensional space. Note that time delays are added to the inter-specific competition terms and are the same. Since the planar traveling waves connect two boundary equilibria, the competition system can be transformed into a cooperative system. Then the standard comparison principle holds. Based on the strong-weak competition assumption and some technical assumptions, they prove that there exists a \(c^*>0\) (which is not determined to be the minimal wave speed) such that, when \(c>c^*\), all planar traveling waves are exponentially stable with the decay rate \(t^{-\frac{n}{2}}e^{-\epsilon_\tau\sigma t}\), where \(\sigma>0\), and \(\epsilon_\tau\) is a decreasing function for the time delay \(\tau>0\). It is indicated that the time delay reduces the decay rate. When \(c=c^*\), the planar traveling waves are algebraically stable with decay rate \(t^{-\frac{n}{2}}\). The main methods used in this paper are the comparison principle, weighted energy method and the Fourier transform.
