This paper addresses singular cases, focusing on the polynomial decay of solutions based on the relationships of relaxation parameters. The authors present four theorems, each contributing significantly to the understanding of stability under different conditions. The first theorem (Theorem 3.1) establishes that under the conditions (2.1)--(2.2), the operator \(A\) generates a \( C_0\) semigroup of contractions. This fundamental result lays the groundwork for subsequent findings. The second theorem (Theorem 3.2) builds on the previous one, and demonstrates that assuming conditions (2.1)--(2.2) are met, a unique solution to Problem (3.2) exists for every \(U_0 \in D(A).\) This highlights the robustness and uniqueness of solutions under the specified conditions. The third theorem (Theorem 3.3) introduces additional complexity by considering conditions (2.1)--(2.2), \(\beta_0 = \beta_1 = 0\), and \(\mu_2 \neq 0.\) In this scenario, the semigroup generated by the operator \(A\) is proven to be polynomially stable of order \(p.\) This contributes valuable insights into stability under specific parameter values. The fourth theorem (Theorem 3.4) extends the analysis to conditions where \(\beta_0, \beta_1 \neq 0,\,\) and \(\, \mu_2 = 0,\) introducing an additional inequality. Under these conditions, the semigroup generated by \(A\) is polynomially stable of order p. This comprehensive exploration of different parameter sets enhances our understanding of stability in a broader context. Overall, the theorems presented in this paper significantly advance the understanding of polynomial stability under various conditions, making a substantial contribution to the field.
