This paper represents a continuation of a series of articles dedicated to prove the positive mass theorem for Einstein, or Einstein-Maxwell equations with electric and magnetic charges, including the case of multiple black holes. A number of proofs have been given previously by S. Dain, M. Khuri, G. Weinstein, P. T. Chruschiel, G. J. Galloway, R. Schoen, P. Miao, H. K. Kunduri and by the authors of the present paper. Here the authors prove the positive mass theorem with angular momentum and charges for axially symmetric, simply connected, maximal complete initial data sets with 2 ends, one of which designated to be asymptotically flat or asymptotically cylindrical, for 4-dimensional Einstein-Maxwell systems of equations and 5-dimensional minimal supergravity theory, without assumption the metric being \(C^1\) and the second fundamental forms and electromagnetic fields being \(C^0\) across axially symmetric hypersurface. Finally the authors remove the completeness and simple connectivity assumptions in this result and prove it for manifolds with boundary such that the mean curvature of the boundary is non-positive.
