It is known that boundary eigenproblems can be converted in boundary integral equations (BIE)with logarithmic singularity. The aim of the paper is to present new quadrature formulas to solve the Laplace equation starting from the remark that in the development in orthogonal series the boundary values play the more important role. The model problem is \[ \begin{cases} \triangle\tilde{u}&=0 \quad \text{in} \quad \Omega\\ \frac{\partial\tilde{u}}{\partial n}&=\tilde{t}=\lambda\tilde{u}\quad\text{on}\quad\Gamma,\end{cases} \] By the \(h^{3}\)-Richardson extrapolation the accuracy can be essentially improved. Let \(\{\tilde{u}_{(l)}\}\) the complete orthonormal system corresponding to the eigenvalues \(\{\lambda_{(l)};\quad l=1,2,\cdots\}.\) The aim of the paper is to find \(\lambda\) and \(\tilde{u}_{(l)}\) such that \[ \lambda_{h}-\lambda=d_{1}h^{3}+d_{2}h^{5}+o(h^{5}),\quad \tilde{u}_{(l)h}-\tilde{u}_{(l)}=w_{l1}h^{3}+w_{l2}h^{5}+o(h^{5}). \] In the integral equation formulation the integrals are approximated by the trapezoidal rule and the kernels approximated such that \[ (Ku)(s)-(K_{h}u)(s)=O(h^{2m}). \]
