The notion of the regularized integral on Riemann surfaces was introuced in the earlier article of the authors: [Commun. Math. Phys. 388, No. 3, 1403--1474 (2021; Zbl 1481.30027)]. This work studies further properties of the regularized integrals on elliptic curves and discusses their applications. More precisely, residue formulas for regularized integrals on configuration spaces of elliptic curves is obtained. Based on these residue formulas, it is proved that the regularized integrals satisfy holomorphic anomaly equations. The regularized integrals is closely related to the ordered \(A\)-cycle integrals. Residue formulas for the ordered \(A\)-cycle integrals are discussed, and their relations with those for the regularized integrals are established.
