    The authors study the following three-dimensional system with damping of Navier-Stokes-Maxwell equations, for \(x\in\mathbb{R}^{3}\) and \(t>0\): \[ \partial_{t}u -\Delta u + \left(u\cdot \nabla\right) u + \left|u\right|^{\beta-1}u+\nabla p = j\times B, \] \[ \partial_{t}E -\nabla\times B+\left|E\right|E = -j, \; j=\sigma\left(E+u\times B\right), \] \[ \partial_{t}B +\nabla \times E+ \left|B\right|^{4}B=0, \] \[ \nabla\cdot u=\nabla\cdot B=0, \] \[ u(x,0)=u_{0}(x),\; E(x,0)=E_{0}(x),\; B(x,0)=B_{0}(x). \] Here \(u\) is the velocity field, \(E\) is the electric field, \(B\) is the magnetic field, \(p\) is the scalar preasure and \(j\) is the electric current density which is given by Ohm's law. Also, the \(\sigma\) is the electric resistivity which for simplicity is assumed equal to \(1\), and for \(\beta\) it is assumed that \(\beta\geq1\). The main result of this work is Theorem \(1.1\), where assuming that \(\beta\geq3\), \(u_{0}\in H^{1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\), \(E_{0}\in H^{1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\), \(B_{0}\in H^{1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\) and \(\nabla\cdot u_{0}=\nabla \cdot B_{0}=0\), the authors prove that there exists a unique strong solution of the above system, which for every \(0<T<\infty\) satisfies the following conditions: \[ u\in L^{\infty}\left(0,T;H^{1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right) \cap L^{2}\left(0,T;H^{2}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right) \cap L^{\beta+1}\left(0,T;L^{\beta+1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right), \] \[ \left|u\right|^{\frac{\beta-1}{2}}\nabla u \in L^{2}\left(0,T;L^{2}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right), \; \nabla \left|u\right|^{\frac{\beta+1}{2}} \in L^{2}\left(0,T;L^{2}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right), \] \[ E\in L^{\infty}\left(0,T;H^{1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right) \cap L^{3}\left(0,T;L^{3}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right), \; j\in L^{2}\left(0,T;H^{1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right), \] \[ B\in L^{\infty}\left(0,T;H^{1}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right) \cap L^{6}\left(0,T;L^{6}\left(\mathbb{R}^{3}\right)\right). \]
