A unital of order \(n\) is a \(2\)-\((n^3+1,n+1,1)\) design. An affine unital is formed from a unital by removing a block and the points incident with it. An \(\mathrm{SL}(2,q)\) unital is a unital admitting a regular action of \(\mathrm{SL}(2,q)\) on the complement of some block. The author gives three non-classical affine \(\mathrm{SL}(2,8)\) unitals and their automorphism groups. These can be completed to at least two non-isomorphic unitals which gives six pairwise non-isomorphic unitals of order \(8\).
