The concept of radial directional derivative is defined and studied from its existence and calculus rules points of view. It is useful in deriving optimality conditions for nonsmooth vector optimization problems subjected to an inclusion constraint in Banach spaces. Necessary optimality conditions are obtained for both local weak and strict solutions in terms of Karush-Kuhn-Tucker multiplier rules. Sufficiency is established without convexity assumption, in case of local strict solutions when the decision space is finite-dimensional. Existing results are improved when applied to the special case of vector optimization with generalized inequality constraint.
