Let \((M,g)\) be an \(n\)-dimensional complete Riemannian manifold with the volume element \(d\sigma\). Let \(L^p(\Lambda^lM)\) be the complete subspace of the space \(\Lambda^lM\) of differentiable \(l\)-forms on \(M\) with \(\|\omega\|_p=\int_M\|\omega_x\|^pd\sigma(x)\), where \(\|\omega_x\|\) is the norm of a form \(\omega\) induced by \(g\). Let \(\Delta=d\,\delta+\delta\,d\) be the Hodge-de Rham Laplacian on \(M\). In this paper, the author shows that if a complete Riemannian manifold \(M\) admits an universal covering \(\widetilde M\) such that for each point \(x\) there is a diffeomorphism \(\phi_x\) taking the unit ball \(\mathbb S\) in \(\mathbb R^n\) onto the unit ball \(\mathbb S(x)\) and if \(0\) is the isolated point of the spectrum of \(\Delta\) or \(0\) is not in the spectrum, then there exist real numbers \(p_1\) and \(p_2\) with \(1<p_1<2<p_2\) such that for all \(p_1<p<p_2\) any form \(\omega\) can be expressed uniquely as \(\omega=d\omega_1+\delta\omega_2+\omega_3\) with \(\Delta\omega_3=0\), \(\|\omega_i\|_p\leq c\,\|\omega\|_p\), \(\|d\omega_1\|_p\leq c\,\|\omega\|_p\), and \(\|\delta\omega_2\|_p\leq c\,\|\omega\|_p\).
